Hellfire - Update to use 1.82 submunition #6299

When merged this pull request will:

  • Change hellfire to use Vikhr (M_Scalpel_AT) as base missile along with its submunition configuration
  • Remove damage changes to Kilo as damage is dealt by submunition
  • Remove submunition from November
  • Increase hellfire seeker max range to 8km
  • Update frag base class

Did this most recent update add "submunitions" to the hellfire with the change to the Vikhr missile being used as the base class for the weapon? I hope that I am reading the changlog incorrectly. No Hellfire missile that I have ever read about even going through testing has used submunitions.

@Will-Nichols No. Tanks DLC introduced a new way of configuring missiles, where the bit that does the damage is a submunition (effectively the jet of metal from the shape charge that actually does the damage). It is not a submunition in the sense of a cluster munition for example.
