Acho que aqui o ideal seria criar uma outra unit tipo SimpleAnsiSql e ter uma outra implementação com essas diferenças de termos de sql.
O SimpleDAO tem os dados do connector, então se o conector for compativel poderia instanciar o SimpleSql ou SimpleAnsiSql.
