What does this do?

This PR replaces the specific versions in the charts/magistrala/Chart.yaml file with the tag latest for both the chart version and app version.

Which issue(s) does this PR fix/relate to?

None

Did you document any new/modified functionality?

Notes

  • The use of latest for both chart version and app version is temporary and will be revisited when versioning policies are updated.

Should we close this one, @JeffMboya? We will keep v0.14.0, but we will have to separate life of charts from Magistrala due to release limitations in Charts.

@dborovcanin yes please. Close the PR without merging it to master since chart release will fail with validation: chart.metadata.version "latest" is invalid
