Streets that are restricted for bicycles in only one direction and are tagged with "bicycle:backward=no" are used as if no restrictions apply. See https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/verwendung-von-bicycle-backward-no/111175

In this example, the destination should be approached from the other direction: https://brouter.de/brouter-web/#map=17/50.63848/7.17464/osm-mapnik-german_style&lonlats=7.173225,50.638663;7.171894,50.63716

The problem is that this key is not (yet) in the lookups.dat
