### `ApplyAbpConcepts` to Entities Whose Navigation Properties Changed

In this version, we have started updating entities' `EntityVersion`, `ModificationAuditProperties`, and `ConcurrencyStamp` properties whenever their navigation property changes. Normally, this should not affect your code, however, you may need to fix your tests or codebase for this change.
