Update purlcli 'urls' command to reflect new/updated cocoapods/pypi support #365

Once our new/updated support for cocoapods and pypi has been added to packageurl.contrib.purl2url (package-url/packageurl-python#143) and fetchcode.package (aboutcode-org/fetchcode#116), we'll need to update the PURL CLI tools urls command to reflect and make use of those changes.
