Description of bug

I successfully run a demo file with SPADES. This I directly downloaded from NCBI SRA by wget command.
With another SRA file I downloaded this through SRA toolkit did fastqc-dump. This is not running in SPAdes.

The log indicated that your input file is likely corrupted
