Hello, ages ago[1], I asked a question about how the misassemblies don't add up and you answered in much detail. At this moment this made sense to me that there is a difference between combined reference errors and per-reference errors. But, now I am looking at the errors per species reference i.e. but at the same time, it has 5 relocations and also 5 interspecies translocations. So in total 10 misassembly errors. This is confusing me again. This time it cannot map ambiguously because it should only try to align to one single reference. [1] #158 |
