First: you should export Isystock data to excel file and put it in data folder.
Second: you should export HMIS data to xls file in data folder also.
Then start tweaking the R scripts to adapt to new files names
After than we should run the scripts in the ordinal order
The last step should be by adding remarks to each figure and general observation and recommendations.
