Simple Test code testing Accessibility with Modal windows.

Things being tested.

1. Screen Reader reads Modal Window
2. Focus returns to button that triggered it when closed
3. Focus Trapping

Results are Blazored.Modal is not being read by NVDA (screen reader tested with).
Also other issues with focus trap and custom layouts.
