- 🔥 remove offline-plugin, which is not available anymore, is not really needed, and was easy to remove
- 🔥 remove package-lock.json because its presence led me to believe it was used by the build process but it is not because we use npm 3 which does not support it
- 📌 add graceful-fs 4.1 to dependencies to force npm to use this version instead of 4.2 which is not compatible with node 5
