To calculate and output the amount over based on the number of hours the car was parked.... first 5hrs are billed at $1 per hr.. after dat each hr is billed at $0.5 per hr... meaning fisrt 5hr at $1 and d remainig hr at $0.5.... for each 24 hrs there is a flat fee of $15....
