Renaming repo from sensu to uchiwa

This fix allow uchiwa and sensu to coexist on the same server

Hmm. @pauloconnor what do you think if we removed managing apt repos entirely and required people to use the repo from the sensu module? (now that uchiwa is kept in the sensu apt repo)

I don't think that removing repo entirely is a good idea for this simple reason that uchwia sometimes is installed on the different instance then sensu.
Therefore it'll have no access to sensu repo from sensu module.
