Anyone know how to make it so hovering changes the cursor to look like it's hovering?
Added package: headless-ui, should make CSS and transitions of the modal easier? I think I needed to add the modal object to the actual Course page? Not sure because I don't understand CourseTable's code.

Moved circle for normal courses slightly over
