Also create a release if there's a suffix after major.minor.patch This is a very simple match pattern and not enforcing semvert! The tagger is responsible to create correct version tags.
With DNSSEC enabled, server names cannot be resolved at initial boot with an out-of-sync local time. This fixes #81

The 2nd release candidate fixes #81 and gets us closer to the first public release of the next major version 2 of remote-os.
