Hi,
have you been able to get YAG working on Typo 3 8.7 and PHP 7.1?
Thanks for all the work you've done so far but I'm still not able to get YAG to work even if I merge all your changes into the master locallly.
Latest error I get is: Cannot declare class Tx_PtExtbase_ViewHelpers_Head_LinkViewHelper, because the name is already in use...
Maybe you or someone else can give some feedback if he was successfull in getting YAG to work again.

Hi Pöpp,
yes I did but unfortunately I also had to adjust pt_extbase and pt_extlist. You can find them in my repository or as pull-request within the original repo. I mainly had to introduce namespaces. Hope it helps to solve your problem.

thanks for your response and sorry for my late response but I was a little busy the last days.

I already pulled your changes of pt_extbase and pt_extliste and integrated them together with the branch of yag into my installation. The basic gellery is working but I get the following error when trying to view an album:
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Tx_PtExtbase_ViewHelpers_Head_LinkViewHelper, because the name is already in use in ..../typo3conf/ext/pt_extbase/Classes/ViewHelpers/Head/LinkViewHelper.php on line 0

I tried to solve this issue by myself but without success so far. Are you able to help me?

Hi Florian,

I'm sorry but I don't know what the problem is in your case. Did you try to recreate the autoload information within InstallTool? Maybe Typo3 mixed up the Class Information and the autoloader isn't in a correct state.
