Tracker ticket for the HTML5 changes in 2.1:

• html5 on-screen android keyboard input #1520: android keyboard input
• #1484 / HTML client. Languages support #1487: keyboard layouts
• html5 users should be allowed to upload/download #1376: upload / download
• #1463: native video
• Honor HTML5 Client settings when reconnecting #1489: re-connection
• HTML5: audiocontext caching, re-connect, events, etc #1473: extra hooks, audio context fix, connection errors, re-connection progress UI, etc
