Un objeto de la clase Zona no pueden tener una provincia vacía. Avanza #27

Los anteriores tests no estaban bien implementados.
Se ha derivado la captura del error a la clase correspondiente.
En los test se mostrará el mensaje de error generado en la clase
correspondiente.
