V5.1 Release Note
New Capabilities in v5.1 release:

Attestation of 2015 Edition Health IT module certification for 2018 CQM reporting: criteria 170.315 (c)(2,3,4); (d)(1-3, 5); (g)(4,5) (CHPL Certification ID: IG-3684-17-0010)

Loads the 2017 measure bundle by default. The 2017 measure bundle is used for the 2018 reporting of CQM. User can still load the 2016 measure bundle for the 2017 reporting of CQM.

Updated HDS and QME to conform with the latest QRDA CAT3 and CAT1 standards based on the installed measure bundle.

Improved logging for patient import; for example, the delayed.log will list the patients imported and patients that did not get imported due to errors.
