Fix security issue that exposes localhost

Finally fix bug with localhost not being recognised

We have been struggling to reproduce a bug where the backup helper is not recognised.
Finally we could and fixed it now!

Important:

Follow these installation instructions.

Reduced file size + win32(x86) version

• Used an older nw.js version to reduce file size significantly
• Added build for Win-X86 architecture
