Update i18n packages

Description

This PR updates the @nuxtjs/i18n module, and also removes the 2 @intlify packages from dependencies. They are installed anyways as dependencies of @nuxtjs/i18n (they were added to make the previous versions of @nuxtjs/i18n work well, during the Nuxt 3 migrations - and are not necessary anymore).

Testing Instructions

The CI should pass, and the app's translations should work correctly as before.
