For this particular image, the foreign landing URL comes from the API entry https://api.openverse.engineering/v1/images/ebb60af2-109e-4cc8-9a6c-2865347bea49/

Even if the landing website decides to redirect it, we should stick to the data in our catalog for consistency (as long it's not an invalid, malformed or broken URL).
