Remove line regarding moving the catalog into the repository from the README

These lines can be removed (or maybe rephrased to denote that we do not have our infrastructure declaration in the monorepo):

openverse/README.md

Lines 24 to 25 in aa3a7f5

	This repository contains most of the codebase, except for the Openverse catalog.
	Eventually the catalog will be merged into this repository as well.

The catalog has been added to the monorepo so this is no longer accurate.
