Fixes: #63302
Follow what we discussed at #63302. And moves the grid selection checkbox to be on top of the preview field. The checkbox is only visible if the mouse is over the grid item, the focus is on the grid item or the item is selected.
Testing Instructions
I checked the selection on the grid layout, and it worked as expected.
