…s#60254) Adds an E2E test for the fix in WordPress#60167 / 447c008. In other words, when a post is locked at the root but contains an unlocked group, any blocks in the latter should retain their block-switching ability.

A
clientIdsarray is passed togetBlockRootClientId, but the selector expects only oneclientId. It leads to returningnull, which means the root of the document.Then a
canRemoveBlockspermission check returns a wrong result, because it misses an intermediate "Group" block in the hierarchy that resetstemplateLockfrom the root'all'tofalse.One thing I'm not happy about is that we're checking the root ID only of the first block in a multi-selection. That could lead to a wrong behavior where blocks are transformed even if the second and later blocks in the selection are not transformable/removable.
