Describe the bug

In IE11, the "Write your story" placeholder appears to have its descenders clipped off:

To Reproduce

  1. Use IE11
  2. Start a new post/page
  3. See error

Tested in
Windows 7, IE 11.0.9600.19080
Gutenberg 3.4
