Time to refresh Gutenberg plugin description. #32544

gutenberg.php:5 currently reads:
* Description: Printing since 1440. This is the development plugin for the new block editor in core.

However:

  • I'd suggest to change the verb from "Printing" to "Publishing" in order to better connect with WordPress.
  • The block editor isn't new anymore.
  • Gutenberg is already about more than adding the block editor.

Therefore I suggest that we change this line to:
* Description: Publishing since 1440. This is the development plugin for the block editor and other future WordPress core functionality.
