Issue Overview

In all browsers I've testing (FF, Chrome 60, Chrome 59) blocks can disappear as you're editing them.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Start a new post
  2. Type some text
  3. Press enter, type some more
  4. Move your mouse over the new block
  5. Sometimes, watch it disappear

The mouse thing might be a red herring, I've seen issues like this in Calypso with autosave restoring the document to the point it was when the autosave started.
