fix(CI): stabilize Android E2E tests (software-mansion#2062)

## Description

Used test butler to make e2e tests on Android stable.

## Changes

- added `utilBinaryPaths`
- added `test-butler.apk`

## Test code and steps to reproduce

Run several times on CI 👀
