Clearer Enabling/Disabling of Sysmodules

Toggling a Sysmodule from On to Off now also automatically prevents it from auto starting.
If you'd still like to have the sysmodule auto start and only have it disabled until the next reboot, you can override it by pressing Y instead.

UI rewrite

@HookedBehemoth decided to redo the entire thing building a much prettier interface and add some extra features:

• Added ability to toggle sysmodules that need a reboot
• Added ability to toggle sysmodule auto booting
• Redid the UI to make it look a lot cleaner
• Updated to libtesla v1.3.1 to make use of all the new features
