Similar to WebSpellChecker/ckeditor-plugin-scayt#185 I've updated WSC protocols.
I've just updated protocol and left the rest of the link untouched, but we've also got the
https://svc.webspellchecker.net/spellcheck/lf/22/js/wsc_fck2plugin.jsURL on Slack from you, so I'm not sure which one is correct.I've also couldn't check if the change works correctly on IE, as I don't have access to an authorized domain on Windows.
