Feature/data/rearrange data for demos

Substitute this line for a meaningful title for your changes

this Pr will rearrange how data fixtures for development are ingested, having the possibility to also use the demo data.
Also adds the possibility of populating the full db with the demo data deactivating the use of iucn features until license is fulfilled.
