Updated notebooks

Overview

Added the latest version of the analysis notebooks (BLM calibration, FPF calibration, difference maps, 5 most different solutions, unmet targets pipeline) and examples of datasets applying the whole pipeline (demo cases). Some old notebooks where also deleted

Testing instructions

Based on latest pull form develop, should be able to merge directly

Checklist before submitting

• Meaningful commits and code rebased on develop.
• If this PR adds feature that should be tested for regressions when
  deploying to staging/production, please add brief testing instructions
  to the deploy checklist (docs/deployment-checklist.md)
• Update CHANGELOG file
