[ADD] bantracking: Include work report for technicians (T#82290)

    - A new report named "Report of Service" has been added, with its own
      template (custom_report_of_service).
    - The report originally named "Task Report"
      (ID: industry_fsm.task_custom:report) is no longer overwritten.
    - A new "Terms and Conditions" field was added to Projects
      (project.project) form view on its "settings" page.
    - The "views/project_views.xml" file was included in the bantracking
      '__manifest__.py' file and som
      unused XML was deleted from that file.
    - Translation file was reloaded and updated with the new translations.
