Exportable list of genes

Two users have requested an exportable list of target genes -- essentially just the list of genes that appears on the search page and in the homepage statistics.

We've discussed adding a CSV or TSV download button to the homepage statistics tables. This will apply to genes but also organisms, publications, etc. The downloaded file will have whichever columns are shown in the table.
