- Update Focus 3 Page to be Focus 3/XRE
- explicitly recommend using VRCFT over Vive Streamer built-in OSC output, and stating no support from VRCFT will be provided to those using the built-in OSC output
- Update hardware table to include XRE
- Update SRanipal page to be more up to date
