コアをロードするときにログを出すようにする

内容

過去のコアのロードが原因で起動が遅くなっていたのですが、原因にたどり着くまでに時間がかかったので、ログを出力するようにしてみました。

• Pyinstallerにした影響で0.14から起動が遅くなっている？ #721

ロギング周りに課題がありそうだったので、loggingを使った仕組みに変えてもいいかも。

あ！　もしかしてlogging詳しかったりされますか？ 👀
僕は雰囲気だけなんとなく知ってて、たぶんglobalに１つlogger作ってログ吐いて、あとはハンドラー？を設定して〜みたいな感じだと思うのですが、詳しくなく･････ 😇
