ちなみにOSサポートするかの判断はvoicevox_projectのドキュメントにメモ書きしたので、参考になれば！
今のところこんな感じです 🙏
- メンテナンス性を下げずにできる範囲で広くサポートする
- Github Actionsのサポートが切れたらサポート対象から外しても良い
- Github Actionsのサポートが切れる半年前からは、何か理由があれば切っても良い

macos-11がついに動かなくなったのでmacOS 11のサポートを切ります。また、
macos-11とmacos-12でテストを回していたところはそれぞれ12と13にします。関連 Issue
