Fixes #736

Summary of changes

Adds simple route checker ASR to all SMR based profiles to assist in ground controller checking routes which includes:

• Depiction of UK FIR boundaries and high-level airspace boundaries
• All UK exit points (including name displayed as text
• Aircraft not shown on ASR as it is to only look at routes, so it keeps it de-cluttered

Intended use is for ground/delivery controllers to use this to assist in sanity checking routes.

To Do:

• Collapse & reposition dep coord list & wake turb calc in Area SMR displays

@luke11brown nw if you've already done this, but looking at the screenshot of the route checker ASR, I would make sure that the exit points on the FIR boundary are shown here as the SRD has routes to these fixes, rather than LARGA/ROPAL etc.

I actually just used the UKCP exit points, but will go through the SRD
