Chore/update pkg json (#68)

* chore: bump babel packages throwing error in react-components package

* chore: add 'exports' field to vanilla package.json

* fix: imported img asset needs to come from /dist/ in @cbpds/vanilla node module with updated 'exports' field in vanilla package.json in workspaces
