Issues associated to the 1.0 version of Turing.jl. The purpose of this is to ensure that this knowledge doesn't exist in one or two people's heads, but is visible to everyone working on the project.

It is okay to add new issues to this at any point in time, or to remove issues which are no longer relevant. The purpose is to have visibility of our current belief about what v1.0 looks like, not to tie us to a particular set of issues.
