Run powershell.exe as admin then do Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope CurrentUser then [A] Yes to All then when first time run with admin Select [A] Yes to All to install ImportExcel module pwsh (require internet connection at first time!) then done voila
