Adding ko- prefixes to utils functions, to ensure that they can work well with any Kickoff component that is imported.

This lowers the risk of Kickoff’s components – that are more likely to be used in projects outside of Kickoff’s whole framework – clashing with already defined functions and mixins.

v2 also makes the utils eyeglass ready, so that they can be imported into eyeglass projects using the name kickoff-utils.
