Changes include TPM2.0 support, error handling, S3 support. Some changes not directly related to tboot->TrenchBoot transitions were also made, like updates to instructions for getting SINIT modules (Intel changed the structure of their pages) and unhiding USB devices from dom0, as well as some typing errors.
