Improved Load Time Precision and Time Zone Handling.
Issue Addressed
Previously, load time was calculated during the generation of the load, which introduced a minor overhead affecting precision.
Additionally, time zone differences were not considered, potentially leading to inaccurate
load_timecalculations when the application is deployed across different time zones.
