Tab closing bug resolved

Cancel button in various tabs such as add toolkit, create agent wasn't functioning correctly. eg. if there are 2 similar type of tabs open, clicking on the cancel button of the first tab closes the tab and transfers to the second tab but retains the data of the first tab

Solution and Design

Implemented proper check of internalIds and removed any leaky parts

Test Plan

Tested with all types of tabs that uses internalId for localstorage + marketplace and settings tab. Works correctly, data is retained
