Play Me v1.1

• Queue tracks with an associated reason. Eg. "Because it's my lemur's birthday!"
• Admins added via config key will be the only ones who can skip/forget tracks. Thusly dubbed 'super admins'.
• Like upcoming tracks
• Like/Veto counts appear in track history
• New sound effect: "Finish Him!". Plays when > 5 likes and the track needs 1 more veto to skip.
