This release includes:

• incorporation of metagenome-assembled genomes into MiST

• their integration with genomes within a single website

• biosample information

• scaled representation of proteins

• taxonomy updates due to the recent inclusion of the rank “phylum” in the International Code of Nomenclature for Prokaryote, which effected 42 phyla
