Per discussion with @aaronwolen I started an introductory vignette. This adds additional 'Suggests:' to create a html vignette from (R)markdown as well as the default BioConductor 'BiocStyle' (which is more pleasant on the eye and more featureful than plain default vignettes).
This should be part of an upcoming 0.7.0 release as well.
