🐳 and the Use and Applicability of Emojis to Poetry, A comparative literary analysis of Emoji Dick and Moby Dick.

A look at the feasibility of translating poetry into emoji programatically. Emoji Dick was analyzied using digital humanities techniques and used as a basis for this analysis. Project was met with limited success, basic translation of selected words was possible, but more research is needed for more complete, more acurate translations. Data was analyzed and translations were performed using R.
